Providing a product or a service, that has value to the consumer, is not only important, it is essential in a real estate transaction. For most, our home is our biggest investment. We cannot afford mistakes when buying or selling a home because the stakes are to high. In todays competitive real estate market, many consumers are lured in when selling their homes by fancy graphs, statistics, charts, and comparable properties.
