I have found, through years of research and documentation, that the traditional approach, most real estate agents instruct homeowners to take is, at worst, destructive and costly, at best, mediocre and still costly. The book I co-wrote steers you away from the inferior price-driven approach to a more sophisticated value-driven approach. Through the application of Warren Buffett’s core principles and by treating your home as an investment—like a business with a stock price—there is a unique way to extract up to $30,000 or more of additional profit from any home on the market. With these strict principles in place, I have grown my real estate business to over $12 million in sales in 2018 and will continue to grow by staying true to my principles. “If you will promise to make a minimum donation of $5 to a charity of your choice—on the honor system—I will send you a free, no obligation, copy of this book, not sold in bookstores, so you can extract up to $30,000 or more of additional profit from the sale of your home.”
Providing a product or a service, that has value to the consumer, is not only important, it is essential in a real estate transaction. For most, our home is our biggest investment. We cannot afford mistakes when buying or selling a home because the stakes are to high. If there was a process, increasing the value of your investment, giving you ROI (return on investment) you wouldn’t hesitate to commit. In todays competitive real estate market, many consumers are lured in when selling their homes by fancy graphs, statistics, charts, and comparable properties. These methods are all used to come up with a price for a home, never the value of a home. There is never any mention of value or what value means because to attain value you must put work in to increase value. You see… Value can be engineered. Value can be increased by taking calculated steps to increase the perception of value within a buyers eye. This is why I documented the approach in the book.
Selling a home is about you. It’s not about the real estate agent. It’s about getting the best results possible for you to ensure you of a better financial future. On top of all this, selling a home is a stressful event. There can be deep emotions wrapped up within the sale of our home due to years of memories we have created with our families. Letting go can be difficult. As a matter of fact, it is difficult. Sitting down, with you, to discuss your goals and needs, without a sales pitch, is the first step to a successful transaction. I would be honored to go on this journey with you. Because I know how important it is.
